About Andrea Justine

I am a Bachelor of Science in Nursing graduate (April 2020) and a licensed caregiver with hands-on experience in senior care. I provide compassionate, patient-centered support including medication assistance, vital signs monitoring, and help with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and meal preparation. I have experience in memory care, supporting seniors with Alzheimer's, dementia, Lewy body dementia, Parkinson's, and stroke recovery. I use patience, redirection, and structured routines to manage behavioral changes, reduce anxiety, and promote safety, dignity, and comfort. I also provide companionship, cognitive stimulation, light housekeeping, and transportation assistance when needed. I am attentive to changes in condition and communicate effectively with families. Reliable, patient, and detail-oriented. Currently pursuing managerial caregiving with the goal of opening my own assisted living facility.
