About Andrea

I'm currently completing my master's degree in school counseling, where I focus on child development, social-emotional learning, and creating supportive environments that promote both autonomy and structure. I believe in fostering independence in children while providing the consistent boundaries and positive reinforcement they need to thrive. My approach is grounded in patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping kids feel confident, understood, and safe. In addition to my counseling background, I bring many years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), which has helped me develop a strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm and nurturing in high-stress situations. Whether it's helping with homework, navigating big feelings, or ensuring daily routines run smoothly, I aim to support children in becoming capable, self-assured individuals--while keeping parents reassured that their kids are in compassionate, capable hands.
