Andrea is one of the most compassionate caregivers our Mom has ever had. She really engaged with our Mom and took the time to find out what she liked. She had a positive attitude and our Mom really liked her. We really appreciated how knowledgeable and experienced she was. She went above and beyond curling her hair and making her feel pretty. We always felt she was in excellent care when Andrea was on shift and did not have to worry. Andrea also kept us informed of changes and let us know if we needed to provide anything for her. She was with us the day our Mom passed and was so supportive in the process. Can't recommend her enough. If you are lucky enough to hire her, you have found one of the best out there.
