About Andrea

I'm looking for a job that I can work during the summer while I am not at school since I do attend UNC Wilmington! I started working with kids when I was 15 and a sophomore in high school. I am CPR certified, as well as state of Iowa DHS required trainings and trainings provided by Iowa State University. I'd describe my personality as outgoing, kind, caring, and hardworking! I like working with kids because as my first job I started teaching gymnastics and later started at a daycare in my hometown in Iowa, I really enjoy both. With both of these experiences I chose my major as Elementary Education! In my spare time, I like to spend time with family and friends as well as outdoors! One thing you should know about me is I am very flexible with hours and ahead of time I always have the dates that I am not available to work at least 2 weeks prior, as well as if the kids have specific routines that must be followed or special care I am always happy to learn to ensure it is done correctly!
