Bringing a decade of experience in adult and senior care, I am a Certified Nursing Assistant dedicated to enhancing the lives of those I serve. My background includes some college education, and I hold current certifications in CPR and First Aid. I understand the importance of respecting independence and am experienced in de-escalating stressful situations and handling confusion or agitation. I communicate with families through written daily reports, regular updates via text or phone call, and always follow their preferred method.
