Hi, I'm Andrea--dog lover, fitness enthusiast, and proud chocolate lab mom to Dexter. Our bond is built on daily runs, backyard training sessions, and lots of muddy paw prints. I'm passionate about helping dogs not just live, but thrive--physically, mentally, and emotionally. Whether we're mastering new commands or chasing personal bests on the trail, I believe movement is medicine--for both dogs and humans.
