I cannot recommend Andrea enough as a babysitter and caregiver. She is kind, responsible, reliable, and playful. She has babysit for my kids, ages 2 and 5 years, and at professional events I have organized (kids of attendees). Andrea intuitively connects with kids and understands how they feel and what they need. She is great at keeping kids active, including organizing outdoor adventures, games, and art projects. She is generous and patient, but understands how and when to set boundaries. She always shows up on time and follows through when she commits to a day/time. She has excellent communication skills. My family loves her and yours will too!
