Making a positive difference in someone's life is what drives me. For the past nine years, I've been dedicated to supporting adults and seniors, helping them maintain their independence and well-being. My approach is rooted in compassion and empathy, and I strive to be both friendly and professional in every interaction. I understand the importance of clear communication, providing families with updates through written reports and verbal check-ins, always respecting their preferred method. Building a genuine connection with care recipients means understanding their preferences and personal history. I am skilled in adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and managing confusion or behavioral changes that may arise. I can provide respite care, transportation, run errands, assist with light housekeeping, and prepare meals. I also have current CPR and First Aid Training. Having a car and being comfortable with pets allows me to easily assist with daily needs.
