About Andrea

Hi, I'm Andrea. I've worked as both a Fourth Grade Long-Term Substitute and a Special Education Resource Substitute, giving me hands-on experience supporting students across a wide range of abilities and grade levels. In these roles, I've delivered daily instruction in all subjects, developed lesson plans, and administered assessments. I've worked closely with students in small groups and one-on-one settings, to provide tailored support and accommodations. I regularly collaborated with classroom teachers, specialists, and parents to ensure each student received the attention and resources they needed to succeed. My teaching style is supportive, adaptable, and patient. I aim to build confidence, encourage curiosity, and meet students where they are-academically and emotionally. Whether your child needs help catching up, staying organized, or challenging themselves further, I'm here to support their learning with care and consistency.
