Andrea is awesome with my toddler! He is sometimes stubborn but she is consistent and firm yet kind. She talks to him, asking him about his day, and plays with him from the moment we get home. My son asks about her when it's not days she is babysitting and says "yea" when I tell him she's coming over. She remembers all the details of what needs done and is so helpful even with making sure things are tidied up when she leaves. She's dependable and always on time. She's great!
