I called Andrea to ask if she could last-minute watch my three kids (2-month-old, 5 years and 7 years). Originally, it was just supposed to be an in-person interview but because of a series of events going on that day I asked if she could just go ahead and come assist me for the day. She was absolutely fantastic with my baby (who hates/is afraid of everyone but loved her instantly lol), expertly guided my other two kids through some chores I asked for and successfully managed the minor squabbles between the two with ease! She was very calm, followed my queues on how I spoke with and disciplined my kids, asked for guidance where needed, and instinctively knew where and how I needed the most help. She was exactly who I needed! I ended up hiring her for a long-term nanny position. She's excellent-would highly recommend!
