About Andrea

I have always gravitated towards seniors, thanks to my close relationship with my nana and papa. Their love and wisdom were a guidi ng light throughout my childhood. Spending time with seniors remains a passion of mine to this day. I have experience caring for clients with dementia, Parkinson's disease, diabetes, and mobility troubles. Both privately and with an agency, I assisted these clients with ADLs, provided companionship and transportation, and gave medication reminders. I interned at an assisted living home, working alongside the Activities Director to lead games and physical/intellectual exercises. Additionally, I provided one-on-one help to residents with technology, grocery delivery, and more. As a case manager for adults with mental health diagnoses, I managed benefits and housing, and communicated with providers. These diverse experiences have given me the skills and insight to enrich the lives of seniors and provide the empathy and compassion they so often need.
