I began my career in special needs providing in-home ABA therapy to toddlers through school age students with Autism for 3 years. I absolutely loved working with my students and their families. They were my motivation to return to get my Master's degree to teach students with Autism in public schools. I taught for 6 years in classrooms for students with Autism and a classroom for students with behavioral disorders. I taught grades PPCD-4th grade. My goal in my classroom was always to create a trusting, loving, bond with my students. I always maintained a very positive, fun, and motivating environment. I feel very blessed to have had the chance to be a part of each of my families lives. I believe every child deserves quality education and care which will allow them to reach their full potential. I believe that every child is capable of learning when they receive quality, individualized instruction. I also believe that every child deserves to be treated with love and respect and will flourish in a positive environment. I am now staying home and home schooling my 2 daughters. I also tutor 2 students with Autism. I am looking for a family who I could help with care or teaching.
