Hi! I am a very empathetic and positive person with a strong conflict resolution skill. I attended DePaul University and majored in Hospitality & Leadership in the school of business. Throughout college, I nannied and babysat for various families. In high school I took a Child Development class in which I learned about everything from how to care and prepare for a child, how their minds work, and what activities help further develop their skills. Additionally, I took an Introduction To Teaching class in which we analyzed diverse learners, mini lessons, professionalism, the characteristics of a satisfactory caretaker, and more. Personally, I am a planner and very organized. I have a passion for taking care of children and watching them as they discover this world.

My toddler took to Andrea immediately, and the two of them clearly had a great time together. (This was actually the first time I've left my daughter with a sitter and gone out for the evening. When I got home, my daughter gave me a hug and then went right back to Andrea!) From my perspective, Andrea was fantastic about communication and arrived early, but my daughter gets the deciding vote--and Andrea passed that test with flying colors! I would love to hire her again.
