I adapt to children's individual needs. I have substitute taught at a learning center just to learn from the children and staff, so that I can be more knowledgeable and skilled with special needs. Currently, I teach nine hours a week, and I have two students with special needs. One has cerebral palsy and the other has Asperger's Syndrome. In addition, I have taught music in public schools, beginning in 1992 and I have always taught every child in the building.
