About Anathea

Hello, my name is Anathea. I am a dedicated tutor with an Associate Arts degree in Early Childhood Education and Psychology. Currently, I am pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Linguistics, with future aspirations to obtain a PhD in Speech Pathology. My background includes extensive experience as a preschool teacher, specializing in toddlers, and caring for infants and children under 4 years old. From 2018 through 2020 I volunteered at my local library where I tutored elementary age and middle school students on various subjects, but most especially English, Literature, and Mathematics. I believe in fostering a warm and welcoming environment where children can thrive both academically and personally. Continuous learning and personal growth are fundamental to my approach, and I am committed to making a positive impact in the lives of the children I tutor.
