Knowledgeable Lead Teacher with strong leadership background, excellent program management expertise and devotion to meeting learning needs of each student. I have been working as a Lead Teacher at Cadence Academy Preschool since 2023, managing a classroom of 12 children aged 2 to 2. 6 years old, including several with Down syndrome and autism. I create and implement developmentally appropriate and inclusive lesson plans, support individual learning needs, and collaborate closely with therapists who provide services to children with special needs.
