Ana was prompt and friendly. She brought all her own supplies. We reviewed what I wanted and I left her to do the job while I waited in the patio. She went over and beyond what I expected, she stayed several hours, because this was the initial cleaning and she wanted to be thorough. When I returned everything was perfect!
