About Anastacya

I bring meaningful experience working with older adults in Los Angeles, where my main goal as a life coach was to provide a safe, supportive space for individuals to grow and fully be themselves. In this role, I focused on active listening, emotional support, and building trusting relationships, including working with older adults with disabilities. I approach each person with patience, empathy, and respect, understanding the importance of dignity and individualized care. I genuinely enjoy connecting with people, learning their stories, and helping create moments of comfort and joy. Supporting others and helping them smile is something I find deeply rewarding and take great pride in.
