About Ana Sofia

My role as a caregiver first started as older sister/cousin/babysitter of neighbors and quickly developed after spending 3 years as a summer camp counselor for 8-9-year-olds. I worked first for the Chicago Park District and then with RefugeeOne's summer youth program supervising up to 30 kids in each experience. Between these jobs, I also spent two summers as a full time nanny, looking after 5-year-olds twins the first summer and 3 sisters aged 3, 6 and 9 the next. My degree in Social Work also supports my experience in childhood development and social emotional learning. I don't have my own car but my driving record is clean and I'm very comfortable navigating the CTA. I'm open to light housekeeping and some meal prep and am fluent in Spanish if that is something you are looking for. All in all, I love working with kids and have years of experience to reflect my skill and dedication. I look forward to the opportunity to bring my skill and enthusiasm to your family :)
