Ana was absolutely great from start to finish! Shortly after posting a petsitting request, she contacted me through Care.com. We exchanged a couple of messages to ensure she would be able to care for one year old cat, London, for a week. We then arranged a phone call and an in person visit to meet London and walk her through the daily routine. While we were on vacation, Ana sent us updates and pictures. We were also able to FaceTime. We felt very comfortable leaving London in the care of Ana as well as having Ana stay overnight in our home. We look forward to working with her again in the future. I highly recommend her!
