Great care from Ana. Hired her while my family and I went on vacation. Contacted her a few days before we were leaving for vacation. Had hired a few caregivers as my mom needs 24hour care. Two days before we were leaving for our two week long vacation, the two we hired quit on us so with the time crunch we had, we hopped on Care.com and came across Ana. She replied really quickly and was able to train right away, meet my family and I. We left on our vacation and Ana communicated with us everyday giving us the opportunity to enjoy our family time without having to worry how mom is doing. We received daily updates. Pictures of mom on their daily walks. TIL this day, mom still asks for Ana. Will definitely use Ana’s services again on our next vacation. She also cared for mom Dog.
