Making a real difference in people's lives is why I became a caregiver. For the past two years, I've focused on supporting adults and seniors, valuing their well-being and independence. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities. I communicate with families through written daily reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method. I am comfortable with pets and can provide light housekeeping.
