Ana, is well- versed in child development and has a very understanding nature. She was gentle, warm and kind towards our family. She cares for my son like her own. Her demeanor is professional and she is always timely and clean. It’s a pleasure to see her bond develop with my son over the last couple of years and I am grateful for her support. She goes above and beyond with her responsibilities and guided us when we ask. She was genuinely a part of our family and a great human-being. We feel fortunate to have her in our lives.
