Hi my name is Ana and I am a bilingual caregiver speaking English and Spanish. My journey into caregiving began when I took care of my grandparents with dementia. I bring a calm, patient, and compassionate approach to every home I enter. In my experience taking care of my grandparents with dementia, I was responsible for taking care of them throughout the day. I followed routines and did exercises with my grandparents to keep them active. I am happy to assist with mobility, transportation, errands, and light housekeeping. I am comfortable adapting to changing routines and enjoy incorporating sensory engagement into our time together.
