Ana was amazing with my 2yo boy. She followed all my requests. She also feels the room, and when I needed to run away from home so my toddler wouldn't cry that I am leaving, she would turn him to the window and distracted his attention. She even helped us finding local places for food etc. Knowing that we are traveling and not local. Highly recommend!
