Ana was part of our family for 2.5 half years looking after my daughter who was 1 month old at that time and occasionally my 3 years old daughter. Ana is an amazing person, incredibly patient, loving, generous, fun, active, and truly warmhearted. Ana treated my daughters as if they were her own. Both of my daughters enjoyed being with her. She's very attentive and sensitive to kids' needs. Most Importantly I had a deep trust that Ana would care for my children with love, kindness, and respect. My children were safe and happy under her care. Ana has excellent work ethic and constantly went above and beyond her primary responsibilities. Ana continuously thought of things to help and just does them without me needing to tell her. Ana has had four children of her own (all grown) and understands a working moms situation which proved a tremendous help to me. She was also very good at finding new activities for the children.
