I highly recommend Ana as an Infant/child caregiver. When she came to our home to care for our little 3 weeks old baby boy, we immediately felt in safe hands. Her knowledge with newborns saved us in many ways. She is amazing, not only with newborns, but also wonderful with toddlers. She made an incredible connection with our 2 year old girl. She initially came as our NCS/newborn care specialist, but after seeing how easy and natural was for her to engage with our toddler, we asked her to stay as our Nanny. It was the best decision ever. As my kids were in different stages,it was very comforting to see that she approached their milestones and different situations with love and respect. Her loving personality is warm and easy to be around. She is respectful of our parenting style. She became part of our family, and up to this day our kids love her. Any family would be lucky to have Ana's help in their home.
