I'd been dreading the weekly arguments with my mom on bathing and washing her hair; she couldn't accept that she was too weak. I brought in Ana who was amazing with her. Ana's patience and gentle firmness finally accomplished what I couldn't and I'm so happy to have someone I trust to help with my mom!
