Hello! I am passionate about providing tailored direct support to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. It brings me joy to cultivate environments that allow my clients to be their best selves. I deeply value being minimally invasive and maximally assent-focused. In my three years of direct support experience, I have worked with clients at their homes, at parks and movie theaters, and at their schools. My clients have ranged in age from 1. 5 years to 17 years. Among other things, I have provided communication, academic, eating, and toileting support. I learn so much from each of my clients and I am constantly seeking to improve my support through online trainings and client/family feedback.
