Ana is fantastic! My husband and I had never left our daughter with a babysitter we didn’t know well, so when we were invited to a child-free wedding in Miami, we were understandably very nervous. From our very first video call with Ana, we felt completely at ease. When we arrived in Miami, Ana was more than willing to meet us in person beforehand, which meant a lot. We were also dealing with some unexpected issues with our Airbnb, and she went out of her way to offer thoughtful recommendations that helped us find a better place to stay. She cared for our energetic daughter for two full days—playing with her, keeping her engaged, and handling meals with ease. Throughout, she was incredibly communicative and sent frequent photo updates, which truly helped us relax and enjoy our time away. Ana has a gentle, kind, and open presence that immediately builds trust. We feel so grateful to have found her and would absolutely hire her again anytime we’re in the Miami area!
