Ana Lucia is a very dynamic, responsible and loving girl with my daughters, she came home to be her nanny and soon became her friend.  My family and I are very happy to have found it.  Thank you Ana for all your care for our daughters and family.

I had the fortune of having Ana as my daughter's nanny and I can say that she is an excellent caregiver. She has many qualities, she is dynamic, loving, patient, focused on her work and super punctual.  If I could give more stars, I would definitely do it!

She is a very family oriented and she has the ability to develop a special bond with children, she is a very honest, patient, loving, caring and reliable person. I'm sure that any family that hires her will be more than happy to have her as part of their child's education

Analucia is extremely great with all kids.  She has taken the time to get to know our son and he (and my wife and i) trust her completely. I'm not sure how we could have gotten through the past few months without her. Analucia is definitely one of the family.

As a first time mom, I wanted to be 100% comfortable with whoever was taking care of my daughter. I am so glad we hired Analucia as our nanny. She is amazing - responsible, full of love, smart, and just an all around an amazing nanny. I feel completely at ease when my daughter is with her. And since I often work from home, I also can say that as a grown-up, she is a pleasure to be around. She watched my daughter and a friend's daughter, and handled two children with grace & ease.  She is equally good with little babies, to toddlers, to little kids. Another thing I love about her is that she is cheerful, and full of happy enthusiasm. My daughter loves her like a second mom. 

Analucia is great! We've had her as our nanny (in a nanny share with two babies) for one year, and we absolutely love her! She is always on time and very dependable. She is loving and very careful around the babies and around the house. Analucia is fluent in Spanish and talks exclusively in Spanish to the babies (at our request). My baby can now easily understand when spoken to in Spanish and she can say a bunch of Spanish words, besides words in English and our native languages. The reason our family is letting her go is because we have grandparents coming to town for a while and they would like to spend all the time with the baby before she starts day-care in August. My baby is very much attached to Analucia and we are looking forward to having her visit us as often as possible. I highly recommend Analucia! If we have more children and she is available in the future, I would ask her to be our nanny again with no hesitation.
