I truly enjoy supporting people of all ages and abilities-children, adults with special needs, and seniors. Recently I began working with adults living with Spinal Cord Injury, Traumatic Brain Injury, and Stroke. I can provide companionship, cooking, light housekeeping, errands, therapy support, and Activities of Daily Living care. My background includes 6+ years in prenatal and holistic health clinics and nutrition programs for seniors. I hold two Associate Degrees; and I am also certified in CPR, First Aid, Basic Life Support, Holistic Health, and safe food handling. Over the last 10 years, I have cared for my senior parents and grandmother. Parkinson's, stroke recovery, and multiple joint surgeries provided hands-on experience with mobility, bathing, dressing, and medication prompting. Living in Vista with my husband and our dog, I love cooking, crafting, and rock climbing. I strive to provide kind, patient, and dependable care for those that need an extra helping hand.
