Hello! Since becoming a full time caregiver last year, I have had the opportunity to assist with adults living with autism, epilepsy, spinal cord injury, and traumatic brain injury. I am able to provide companionship, cooking, light housekeeping, errands, therapy support, and assistance with ADLs. My background includes 6+ years in professional care, in prenatal, holistic health, and also senior nutrition. I hold two Associate Degrees; and I am also certified in CPR, First Aid, Basic Life Support, and safe food handling. Over 10 years of assisting family members with Parkinson's disease, stroke recovery, and post op surgery recovery provided hands-on experience with mobility assistance, bathing, dressing, and medication prompting. I enjoy cooking, hiking with my dog Noodle, and rock climbing. I strive to provide kind, patient, and dependable care for those that need an extra helping hand.
