Ana babysat for my two girls for three years while we lived in the Chicago area and we felt so so lucky to have found her! Ana was punctual, caring, responsible and most importantly my girls loved her! Even last minute Ana would come through for us and I was sad to have to say goodbye. My girls were 10 and 3, and both were excited every time she came. She is part of our family forever and any one would be lucky to have her work for them :)
