About Anais

Being a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) has given me hands-on experience providing compassionate care to patients who need daily support. In this role, I assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility. I also monitor vital signs, observe changes in patients' conditions, and communicate important information to nurses and healthcare teams. Working as a CNA has strengthened my ability to stay patient, attentive, and empathetic, especially when caring for elderly or vulnerable patients. It has taught me how important dignity, respect, and emotional support are in healthcare.
