About Anais

I currently work as a special education teacher and case manager, where I support a diverse group of learners with varying academic and social-emotional needs. I have several years of experience working in both classroom and small-group settings, as well as providing one-on-one instruction tailored to each student's goals. My teaching approach is highly individualized, incorporating multisensory techniques, explicit instruction, and ongoing progress monitoring to ensure students are making meaningful growth. I also have experience supporting students with IEPs, collaborating with families, and adapting instruction to meet unique learning profiles.
