About Anaia

Hello! My name is Anaia, and I bring a strong background in childcare and early childhood education. I've worked as a Lead Teacher at KinderCare in Downtown Phoenix, where I created engaging lesson plans, supported developmental milestones, and fostered a safe and nurturing environment for children of all ages. I also participated in a three-year childcare program in high school, where I helped teach children math, English, sensory skills, and gross motor development. I'm CPR, First Aid, and AED certified and hold a valid fingerprint clearance card. I'm passionate about helping children learn and grow through creativity, consistency, and care. I also have experience supporting families, managing routines, and maintaining a clean, organized environment.
