About Ana

Isla worked as my Mother's caregiver for the past two years. She is caring, compassionate and constantly pleasant. She is punctual, and a person who is able to tackle all assignments and patient related activities with devotion and a smile. Besides being a friendly person, she is able to take control of any emergency situation and ability to present creative ideas regarding basic healthcare and hygiene issues. Even though my mother is bed-bound, Isla has kept her pressure ulcer free. She is meticulous, and she keeps my mother's environment clean, neat and tidy. She performs patient care needs; bathing, feeding, grooming, dressing, transferring with Hoya lift and elimination/ incontinence needs competently. My mother always looks particularly well cared for in Isla's care. She interacts well with her and other family members. Her absence is always realized by my mother and family members.
