Victoria was with our family for a little over a year. We first hired her because of the candidates we interviewed, our son gravitated towards her and shied away from everyone else. He responded to her warm energy. When our son was learning to crawl and walk, she was really determined to help him get there. Because she has a lot of experience with other babies/toddlers and as a nurse, she brought her own ideas and remedies to try when our son was sick or had a diaper rash that wouldn’t go away. Because of all of her experience, she’s not easily rattled; she stays calm and patient if our son is having a tough day with lots of fussing or tantrums. She’s really great at connecting with other nannies in the area and setting up play dates. She took our son to different classes and activities during the week, some that we found and some that she found and suggested to us. She is reliable, our son is safe with her, and we would recommend hiring her! Our son is starting preschool, otherwise she would still be with our family full time.
