We interviewed Ana for a long-term, part-time position. Only after her a 3-hour, paid trial with us, she proceeded to inform us that she probably won't be available to take our job. We do not understand why a nanny would apply for a job and come to a paid trial if she wasn't available to begin with, or why she didn't think of informing us the whole time we were training her for the job during those 3 hours. Posting so other parents can take note of this before offering her a paid trial or spending that energy & money.
