I'm skilled at de-escalating stressful situations and redirecting attention when needed. I provide regular updates via text or phone call, verbal updates, and written daily reports to families. I am patient, compassionate, friendly, and approachable. I hold certifications in CPR and First Aid. Understanding your loved one's preferences and history is important to me.
