I'm passionate about helping seniors stay active, safe, and independent while providing compassionate, reliable care. My experience includes companionship, mobility and fall prevention, balance and strength exercises, meal preparation, transportation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and assistance with daily routines. I believe every senior deserves to be treated with patience, kindness, and respect. I enjoy building meaningful relationships and creating a positive, supportive environment where clients feel comfortable and valued.
