About Ana

I've been working with tutoring and mentoring children for over 10 years, with several years of professional experience in child education. I work as a Private Tutor and Academic Coach, and specialize in special education as a Certified Autism Specialist. I have a Bachelor's in Neuroscience, a Master's from Georgetown University, and am currently completing a Graduate Certificate in Educational Neuroscience from Johns Hopkins University. I apply a holistic approach to education, fostering both academic and socioemotional growth. I LOVE working with children! I tutor in the subjects of Math (Algebra/Geometry/Calculus), Science (Biology/Chemistry/Physics), English, Spanish, and SAT Prep. My students consistently score above average and maintain outstanding grade averages. One of the students that I tutored in 10th grade improved their grade from a D to an A in Geometry.
