About Ana

Carol has been an incredible part of our family, and we cannot recommend her highly enough to her next family. Caring for three young children under the age of four is no small task, and she has handled it with remarkable patience, organization, and genuine love. She has been instrumental in managing our children’s daily routines, including getting them dressed and ready for school, preparing meals and feeding them, coordinating naps, planning engaging activities, and keeping up with their laundry and dishes. Her ability to balance all of these responsibilities while maintaining a calm, positive environment has been truly impressive. What has meant the most to us is how proactive she has been in creating meaningful social opportunities for our children. She has gone above and beyond by connecting with other moms and nannies, organizing playdates, and helping foster friendships and enriching experiences outside the home. This initiative has greatly benefited our children’s social development and added so much value to their everyday lives. She is dependable, hardworking, nurturing, and deeply invested in the well-being of the children she cares for.
