About Anabel

With over 18 years of experience working with children and families, I have an experienced background in both education and hands-on care. As a nanny, I've worked with infants and toddlers who are growing rapidly and hitting many milestones before their school age years. I enjoy opportunities for crafts, reading, outdoor exploring, museum and library visits, and child led play. As a previous 3rd & 5th grade teacher, and phonics & language interventionist, I'm able to provide engaging and fun learning activities that include a kid's personal interests. I'm comfortable caring for multiple children at once, including providing overnight supervision. I've helped families in the past for multiple days at a time, with the responsibility of school drop off/pick up. My intent in working with and caring for children is to provide a safe, warm and engaging atmosphere where kids are free to be themselves and feel comfortable learning and taking risks.
