About Anabel

Helping others live comfortably and safely is my passion. For the past three years, I've provided care for seniors, including two years as a patient care tech. My experience also includes dementia care, which I find incredibly rewarding. I am currently pursuing my RN degree. I strive to build strong connections with those I care for by understanding their preferences and history. I am patient, calm, compassionate, friendly, and approachable. I keep families informed with daily reports, regular updates via text or phone, and by following their preferred communication method. I am skilled in de-escalating stressful situations, handling confusion, and incorporating memory care activities. I am certified in CPR. I can assist with errands, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I find immense joy in bringing a little extra comfort to someone's day.
