About Ana

Hi! My name is Ana, and I have over 9 years of experience providing compassionate care for both elderly individuals and adults with developmental disabilities. Caregiving is more than just a job to me--it's something I genuinely enjoy because I love helping others maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life. I'm known for being kind, patient, dependable, and attentive to each person's unique needs. I believe in building meaningful one-on-one relationships and creating a positive, comfortable environment where those I care for feel valued and supported. I'm CPR and First Aid certified and have a current negative TB test. I can assist with personal hygiene and bathing, dressing, medication reminders, meal preparation with a focus on healthy cooking, light housekeeping, transportation to appointments, errands, companionship, and engaging activities that promote both physical and emotional well-being.
