Ana has been an absolute blessing to our family! She cared for our baby from 3 months - 6 months old and he lights up when she walks in the door. Some things that we really appreciated about Ana were her timeliness, great communication and bright spirit. She always has a smile on her face and brings so much love to our sweet baby boy. She is always helping with something, if the baby is asleep or doing his physical therapy she helps us with the dishes, laundry and picking up around the house. She does things that need to be done simply to help without being tasked which is a huge relief off of my brain. She is never on her phone and is always very attentive to our babys needs. She also follows instruction when provided - for example with milk bottles she would add our vitamin D drops and when asked to make sure our baby got tummy time she always made sure this was a part of his day. We have absolutely loved having Ana's help and we wish we could keep her! Choosing to hire Ana will be a great choice for your family!
