Hi, I'm Ana. I'm a nurturing, reliable caregiver with a special love for supporting infants and new parents. My background in integrative health and somatic-based education makes me attentive to nervous system cues, developmental rhythms, and creating environments where children feel safe, soothed, and connected. I'm patient, gentle, and detail-oriented, and I follow each child's unique needs with care. I've been caring for children since my early teens, including babysitting, working at summer camps, and leading groups in outdoor education.
