About Ana

Ana worked for our family for one year in 2012-2013 as our full-time au pair. She helped to care for our three children (two boys and a girl) who were 1, 2 and 4 years old. Ana lived with us during that year so we really got to know her both personally and professionally during her time with our family. Professionally, Ana is a hard worker, honest, reliable, mature and responsible. Personally, she is kind, warm, loving and a natural with kids. She is incredibly patient with kids and stayed calm and loving even during moments when the kids would try anyone's patience. During her stay with us, I underwent brain surgery and a long recovery time at home and I felt so blessed to have her at home taking care of my children while I was incapacitated. During her entire year, and especially during the months when I was recovering, Ana took responsibility for all the major aspects of my children's care including changing diapers, doing their laundry, taking the kids on outings and playdates, making them lunch, giving them baths, teaching them Spanish, engaging them in creative art projects, and bringing much warmth and laughter into my home. We were all very sad when Ana's au pair year was over and she had to leave. We still miss her!!! I highly recommend Ana as a caregiver for your children.
